On a macvlan network a published port DNATs to the macvlan IP, which the
host cannot reach, so http://<host>:8123 never worked. Remove the dead
mapping; LAN access is direct via http://192.168.1.246:8123 and external
access is via Caddy. Update README LAN URL accordingly.

Record the final networking setup: host static 192.168.1.2 (netplan),
HA/Samba macvlan .246/.247, DHCP pool narrowed to .11-.245 so the
statics stay protected, and why static-at-host beats DHCP reservation
on the NOS router. Hard-code 192.168.1.2 in the port-forward table.

Bump the homeassistant image to 2026.5.4 (latest 2026.5 patch) and adjust
the healthcheck for modern HA:
- swap the probe from /api/ (now requires auth, returned 401 → spurious
"unhealthy") to the auth-free /manifest.json
- set start_period to 2m; the recorder schema migration (43→48) completed
in milliseconds on this 149M SQLite DB, so the temporary 30m headroom
used during the upgrade is no longer needed
Verified post-upgrade: container healthy, version 2026.5.4, local
/manifest.json 200, reverse proxy 200, trusted_proxies /12 validated.

The dperson/samba image uses UID/GID 1001 internally regardless of the
USERID env var. The host share directory must be owned by 1001:1001 for
writes to succeed. Add force user/group to smb.conf as an extra safety
net, and document the chown step in the README.

- New dperson/samba service at 192.168.1.247 via macvlan_lan network
- Avoids port 445 conflict with existing timemachine container
- Shares /home/padriano/share as authenticated [Share] over SMB2/3
- Avahi service file for Finder sidebar discovery

Use 'server' hostname instead of 192.168.1.116 throughout README for
consistency with the Forgejo config.
